Bob Miller Middle School is a No Place For Hate school.  We pride ourselves on providing a safe, comfortable environment for all of our students.
Students in middle school are the most vulnerable to becoming a bully or being a victim of a bully.  Keeping that in mind, we would like to offer our parents some bully prevention information.
This information can assist in keeping the lines of communication open between parents, students, and the school.
The following link will provide the most up-to-date information on bullying prevention: http://www.staysafeonline.org/

If your student is having an issue with bullying at school, you can report that issue from the REPORT A BULLY link on the home page or here. Please be as specific as possible when submitting your report.  The name of the student making the report is not required.  However, if no name is given, a full investigation of the issue cannot take place.  All reports will be dealt with by the school counselors or deans.  The names of the students making the reports will be held confidential. Click here to REPORT A BULLY to the school counselors and/or deans with your concerns.
Please encourage your child to visit the counselors' office to discuss options for dealing with bullying issues.
Bullying is an issue taken very seriously at Miller Middle School.  Students found to be making erroneous or malicious reports will be dealt with according to the schools progressive discipline plan.
