First 4 steps to Resolve Most Chromebook Issues
Sometimes your computer just needs to be restarted so it can grab all of the updates.
Do a "hard reset":

Turn off your Chromebook.

Press and hold Refresh + tap Power.

When your Chromebook starts up, release Refresh.
-
Open Google Chrome
-
Click on the 3 little dots in the top right corner
-
Click on "Settings"
-
Click on "Advanced"
-
Click on "Clear browsing data"
-
Make sure it says "All time" and click "Clear data"
-
Click on the three dots in the top right corner of your Chrome window
-
Click "settings"
-
Click "advanced" on the left hand side
-
Click "reset settings"
-
Click "restore settings to their original defaults"
-
Click "reset settings"
-
In the lower right corner of the Chromebook check if the Wfi signal is showing grey, white, or empty/black.

Turn Wifi off and back on via the corner menu or via Settings
-
If that doesn’t work try turning the Chromebook completely off and back on.
Upon reboot, if Wifi still not working put in a ticket.

Open Google Chrome
-
Click on the 3 little dots in the top right corner
-
Click on "Help"
-
Select About Google Chrome
-
Select Update Google Chrome
-
Restart after update and installation
-
At the bottom right, select the time.
-
Select Settings Advanced.
-
In the "Languages and input" section, select Language.
Next to the language you want to remove, select : More Remove
